Case Manager

 

A Case Manager is assigned to each patient and works with the physician to supply the patient with all services required. Your case manager will meet with you at your home. He or she will be your first contact with our company and at that time, she will discuss what you feel you need to live healthy and set up a plan of action with you. Your case manager will then set up your doctor appointment and discuss what will happen after the doctor comes to see you. She or he will let you know the approximate  time line of you services starting. Once your services have begun your case manager is your go to for any problems, concerns, or needs.

 

At Home Chiropractic services

Based on the type, location, and severity of the injury patient's receive a combination of chiropractic manipulation, nutritional advice, as well as ASD stretching, to restore proper joint function and decrease pain.

Types of Therapy:

• Electrical Stimulation is a treatment that used an electrical current to cause a single muscle or group of muscles to contract.  This contraction causes muscle relaxation decreasing pain and speeding up the healing process.

• Ultrasound Therapy uses high-energy sound waves (those above the range we hear) to help ease painful joints and muscles. The sound waves are used to penetrate deep into muscle or joints causing heat and vibration of molecules which speeds up the healing process.

• Assisted Static and Dynamic Stretching is a stretching protocol used by Dr. Bethea to assist high performance athletes in improving ROM before and following athletic performance.

• Spinal Traction Therapy is a nonsurgical means of relieving pain to the lower back and neck and is often referred to as spinal decompression therapy. Decompression therapy is a spinal disc rehabilitation program that slowly and gently stretches the area of the spine while decompressing the discs. This type of treatment is

• considered to be very safe.

• The Activator is a device used for those who prefer a more gentler form of adjustment. This instrument is often used on children or those suffering form diseases such as osteoporosis where there is excessive loss of bone dens

       provides protection to the spinal cord while allowing mobility to the upper and lower body.

We offer financial assistance to our clients with rental and/or utility problems if it is needed. You will meet with one of our caring case managers to determine your need, possible referrals, and what we need from you to offer our financial assistance.  We can also offer other solutions depending on your situation and what exactly you need. Feel free to call your case manager with questions and to set up an appointment for a face to face.

We offer help getting the medical supplies you need for free and delivered to you. This list has some of the most ordered supplies but, we offer many more.  Feel free to call and ask for what you need.

Food Services

 

We help with food if you are in need.  We will deliver food to your 

house, sign you up for Meals on Wheels, and/or refer you to local

food banks. If you need a ride to those food banks just ask and

we will help with a free ride there and back. We also offer a ride

to and from the Grocery store once a month.

 

Transportation

 

We offer some transportation for our clients all for free.  As we stated previously if you decide to see a Primary care Physician in an office setting we offer rides there and back. Our company will also transport our clients to the hospital for a nonemergency needed visit or offer a ride home if you go in by ambulance. Also, as stated before we offer a once a month ride to and from the grocery store if needed. We can also help pick up your prescriptions or find you a delivery pharmacy.  We can also help with rides to and from food banks. Plus if your doctor orders; any specialists, MRI, surgery, tests, or lab work that can not be done in-home we will be happy to offer a ride if needed.  All rides must be booked with the office staff at least 72 hrs in advance and are subject to availability and are prioritized by need.
